Recently remodeled, amenities include a new hot-tub, deck, Saltillo tile, and radiant floor heating throughout. This Taos Vacation Rental is only a few minutes drive from the central Taos Plaza, the road to Angel Fire for skiing and the Enchanted Circle Drive, the Holy Cross Hospital, the Youth and Family Recreation Center...and walking distance to the Carson National Forest. The East Bedroom has a kiva fireplace, a memory-foam queen bed, and a full bathroom. The West Bedroom has a sitting area, a firm spring queen bed, and a full bathroom. The Entertainment room has comfortable seating that includes a full-size futon. Two small futons can be unfolded on the floor for children. The rear garden is enclosed by an adobe wall and includes a full deck with a hot tub and a gas grill. At the west end of the garden, there is a jungle-gym for children.

Deposit Policy
50% of lodging fee is required to confirm reservation. Additionally, 100% of activities (Lift tickets, Rafting, etc), trip insurance, etc are due at time of reservation. Balance of itinerary is due 30 days prior to arrival. The credit card on file will be charged at that time unless other payment arrangements have been made.
Holiday Deposit Policy
Christmas Holiday and Spring Break Reservations require final payment 45 days prior to arrival date.

The credit card given as deposit will automatically be charged for final payment if a check or money order payment has not been received prior to the final due date. A credit card placed on a reservation constitutes a payment and acceptance of the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
All changes/cancellations must be made through Taos Ski Central directly.
LODGING:
Lodging property's cancellation policy is used when booking lodging only (non-package) reservations.
Notice of Responsibility
For all arrangements, Taos Ski Central acts solely in the capacity of an agent on behalf of its patrons in arranging for lodging and other services, and, as such, is not responsible for any damages, loss, delay, bankruptcy, injury, or accidents due to any act or default on the part of any company or person engaged in providing transportation, lodging or other services which are a part of this package. Taos Ski Central is not responsible for lost tickets or vouchers.
